 This spring activated appliance is a very popular choice especially among dentists who utilize CS-2000® springs for their treatment of Class II or Class III malocclusions. The patented CS-2000® springs utilize 350 grams of low continuous force to hold the mandible in a down and forward position. The appliance is adjustable by utilizing advancement shims added to the lower appliance which lengthens the spring to provide additional mandibular advancement. This appliance can be constructed with a variety of materials including; 2mm vacuum, dual laminate or acrylic.

The DynaFlex® Snore Guard Appliance is an easy way to help your patients with a snoring problem. The appliance and technique take very little chairtime. In most cases just two patient visits are required. The appliance when worn, keeps the airway open by advancing the mandible down and forward. The forward mandibular position keeps the tongue more anteriorly for adequate air intake and less tissue vibration (snoring).
