If you would like to check on the status of your case please visit our DynaFlex online customer portal on our website. You can access this portal by logging in to your online account and clicking my account on the top right of the screen. If you are logging in for the first time online, registering for an account is easy. Simply click the Log In on the top right of the screen and then click the red Register button on the left. You can also submit your laboratory cases using our DynaFusion Digital Rx System, this system allows for more detailed case tracking. Visit to learn more.
