RES SCREW - RATCHET EXPANSION SCREW

This expansion device emits an audible ""click"" for every 1/4 mm turn of the screw, providing a clear signal to parents and patients that the correct adjustment has been made, thus avoiding any reversals. It also includes a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the screw from separating inside the mouth. The screw can be extended up to 11mm in precise 1/4mm increments and comes with a Safety Key for added security.
